Submerged Sludge Collector Technology (Siphon Type)​

The Submerged Sludge Collector, imported from the United States, operates based on the principle of differential head between the sludge suction pipe and the water level in the settling tank. It uses siphon force to draw sludge that naturally settles due to gravity from the settling tank.​

The system is controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Control), allowing the operational functions to be adjusted according to the characteristics and quantity of the sludge. With fewer moving parts, the system requires minimal maintenance and reduces the risk of damage.
